Yes, the vendor is reliable. This is my second doll and a nice addition to my collection. Quality is good, TPE is not oily and does not smell at all. The doll is almost perfect. It is not heavy for me. The skeleton is strong, the shoulders and hips are soft yet sturdy. I am not afraid, that I could break the back, no matter how I carry her. The face is beautiful and looks exactly as advertised. It is soft and the eyes look very nice.
