Yes, this is the best site I’ve ever met. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about the service I’ve received while shopping with BLSD. My customer service was always prompt and courteous with answers to all of my questions. Being my first doll purchase many of them questions were redundant and sometimes off track. The production time took a little longer than expected but after talking with other doll owners BLSD service was still much faster than many other vendors. The Doll itself is absolutely beautiful and well-constructed. Should I ever want another one I will most certainly make my purchase through BLSD.
