Yes, the customer service representative was kind enough to answer all of my questions throughout the whole process. The speed of the entire process (after Chinese New Year) was extremely fast. As far as craftsmanship goes, the quality is amazing. I ordered two different heads for my doll and both came out perfectly! For being handmade, it really is as perfect as humanly possible. Overall, I am 1000% happy and am very glad to have my favorite doll! 🙂
