Yes, they seem to have a policy of providing excellent customer care, in general. When they reached out to me, I brought the question about my over-payment to their attention. They looked into it right away and processed a refund for the over-payment (which, again, was totally my mistake). The over-payment was back in my bank account within a day. I would absolutely say that you can trust this seller to do business with.
