Yes, they are reliable. The staff was very helpful in getting my order correct. I was extremely happy for the discreet packaging because I was on vacation when it arrived and was received by a friend of mine watching my pets. The doll itself (Hana) is like a piece of art, amazing! Head attachment is simple and easy. Adjusting the skeleton can be a little bit stiff but not unreasonably so. The realism is as much as anyone can ask for. Everything was as expected and even more!
