Yes, they are legally running this store. At first I was unsure if this was a scam site. Then after placing my order I attempted to call and no one answered. Then I left messages under my account and again, no answers. I thought by then I had been scammed. Finally I sent in an email and Wow, they (Kelly) answered fast. We continued to communicate via email and what a relief I had. My doll came faster than expected and I am very pleased with the realism. Like others, be ready for the weight, they are heavy, but rest assured, if you place an order, you will get exactly as ordered. Peace to all.
